Happy New Year! We’re starting 2020 by sharing some exciting news. Today we announced that LogicMonitor has acquired Unomaly, an AIOps-centric logs analytics company headquartered in Stockholm! Unomaly’s technology focuses on the automatic detection of log anomalies to support fast, accurate root cause analysis in complex IT environments.

In recent weeks, some of the most recognizable companies in the DevOps space have had their foundations rattled, perhaps shaking developer confidence. The acquisition of Docker Enterprise by Mirantis, the acquisition of Sonatype (Nexus) by a capital firm and the open-sourcing of Quay by Red Hat leave many development shops wondering what will happen next with their strategic tool choices.

We are pleased to announce that CloudSploit has joined the Aqua Security family. Aqua is the leading platform provider for securing container-based, serverless, and cloud native applications. CloudSploit rounds out its offering by adding our open-core Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) SaaS.

The acquisition, expected to close by the end of September, will enable Resolve to offer the most robust IT automation platform available on the market by combining artificial intelligence insights into dynamic, hybrid IT environments with powerful automation capabilities that are purpose-built for the complexity of modern enterprises.

OpsLogix has acquired Approved Consulting, a recognized expert of professional and managed services in monitoring, automation and analytics for IT-operations. Providing edge competence for the Microsoft stack, both on-premises as well as in the cloud, OpsLogix and Approved will jointly expand their capabilities to support customers with a combined product and service portfolio to secure mission critical IT.
