July 30 was SysAdminDay 2021. For most of us at work, the day was just like the day before it but for sys admins across the globe, it was a day when they felt appreciated and acknowledged. I have been in the IT industry for a few decades now and have helped launch waves of technology in the constant pursuit of making computing easier, cheaper and with greater uptime.
