Today, I am excited to announce project Harvester, open source hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) software built using Kubernetes. Harvester provides fully integrated virtualization and storage capabilities on bare-metal servers. No Kubernetes knowledge is required to use Harvester. In the past few years, we’ve seen many attempts to bring VM management into container platforms, including our own RancherVM, and other solutions like KubeVirt and Virtlet.

Today we’re happy to announce the general availability of Icinga Director v1.8! This release focuses on improvements of monitoring automation tasks within the director and enhancements for delegating specific tasks to your teammates.

Today, we launched a new and improved version of Dashbird’s main screen – a single pane of glass, designed to give you an overview of the most important events and metrics across your serverless environment. During the past year, we have invested heavily into building the next stages of our platform, expanding our offering to include services like API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, Step-Functions, ECS, and Kinesis, with many more coming in the next months.

Today, we are excited to announce a new integration - PagerTree Forms! PagerTree Forms are simple (PagerTree hosted) forms that can be made public so your customers can quickly create an alert outside the PagerTree ecosystem. PagerTree Forms also support custom CNAMES so you can host them on your own domain (ex: https://support.example.com). The CNAME option is secured via HTTPS using self signed Let’s Encrypt certificates.
