Understanding Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes (EKS)

Amazon Elastic Container Service for Kubernetes or EKS provides a Managed Kubernetes Service. Amazon does the undifferentiated heavy lifting, such as provisioning the cluster, performing upgrades and patching.
