Sage AI: Dashboard, events, knowledge base

It's starting to take shape. We have a dashboard, we're collecting some metrics, and I'm getting a daily briefing every morning. Also, I have an event log where all the events are going into (the spine of the system), and there's a knowledge base which consists of a GitHub repository which is vectorized and indexed. Its first use is adding context to Herald, the agent that sends me the morning briefing. More details to come.

Building dbRosetta Part 5: We Need an API

Why UX/UI Design is as Important as Product Design for Customer Satisfaction

In the world of digital products, the importance of design cannot be overstated. Often, the focus falls squarely on the product itself-the features, functionalities, and innovations that it offers. However, there's another dimension to design that is just as crucial for customer satisfaction: UX/UI design. While product design defines what the product is and what it can do, UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) design dictate how users interact with it, and ultimately, how they feel about using it.
