My 2nd Gartner IOCS experience ended with a bang, just like my first one, with an amazing presentation by Jason Walker at Blizzard Entertainment (part of the $42B Activision-Blizzard gaming powerhouse) on how they use AIOps to deliver an amazing gaming experience for hundreds of millions of gamers around the world, 24×7. But before I get to that, let me share some more key takeaways from the conference.
Gartner Research provides insight into the healthcare industry, recommending robust clinical communication and collaboration (CC&C) solutions or technologies. OnPage is mentioned in Gartner’s latest CC&C guide, recognizing the organization for its digital scheduler, audit trails, automated alerts and live call routing capabilities. At its core, Gartner recommends OnPage to organizations looking to streamline clinical workflows and enhance team communications.
At Sensu Summit 2019, Adam Westman, Sr. Engineering Manager at Target, introduced us to GoAlert, their on-call scheduling and notification open source project.
